Established in 2005, the All City Youth Film Showcase selects youth short video and film works from across Minnesota. Youth curators with experience making media are brought together to determine the showcase line up and festival details. Submissions are open to any youth in Minnesota 18 or under at the time of production. Works need to have been produced with in the last two years and be five minutes or less.
