SPNN Neighborhood Video Project: Circus Hill edit

(3.8 minutes) A documentary produced by students at Skyline Tower off of University Avenue in Saint Paul. The students explored the parking lot across the street from Skyline that used to host Saint Paul's circuses, and talked to neighborhood resident Nancy Bailey about her memories of the circus.
